Why faux?

There are so many reasons why faux flowers are wonderful to use...

  • The quality available is excellent, and we only source and use the very best.

  • You can have your favourite blooms all year round - peonies in December, yes please!

  • Faux blooms will last forever, meaning they are much more sustainable than fresh flowers and much more friendly on the pocket!

  • There is pretty much zero maintenance required to keep your blooms looking perfect and you don't need to worry about them getting bashed and bruised, or wilting in the heat.

  • Easy to transport, without the worry of damage.

  • Hay fever, allergy and pet friendly.

  • Sneak previews to make sure the florals perfectly compliment the venue and occasion. 

  • No panicking when fresh flowers arrive in poor condition and there is no time to source alternatives.

  • Large scale designs, such as backdrops and centrepieces, can be hired from Bumble & Grace to save on cost and waste.

Where does the name Bumble & Grace come from?

Bumble comes from my absolutely beautiful Bedlington Terrier Betty Bumble and Grace is the name of my very first paying customer, who helped me realise the vision.

How much notice is required for Bumble & Grace to create my vision?

As everything is made-to-order we suggest placing your order at least 8 weeks before the event or installation date. This allows for sourcing the best quality fresh or faux flowers and designing and creating your bespoke designs.

How does the consultation work?

The first step is to visit the online booking page, select your date and time and submit your request. Extra points if you can send a link to a Pinterest page! You will receive a confirmation and a follow up email with a link to join online at your chosen time. When we meet I will ask you lots of questions about your wedding/ event/ floral request. It is always helpful if you come prepared with an idea of the following:

  • colour scheme/ theme

  • favourite flowers

  • proposal of what items you desire e.g. bridal bouquet, 4 x bridesmaids bouquets, flower crown, broken arch & 6 x buttonholes/ large focal point for hair salon

Following the consultation we will send out an initial quote and mood board to help you decide if we are a good fit for your budget and ideas. ​

Large items, such as installations, arches & table decor will only be available for set up local to Bristol. 

What next?

After you have received your bespoke quote and you have chosen Bumble & Grace to create your designs, we take a 50% payment to confirm your order and agree on a suitable delivery/ installation date.

A sneak peak video will be sent, once your flowers have been sourced. You can request any alterations at this stage and once you are 100% satisfied, full payment will be requested prior to creation and delivery of the designs. We will then arrange to deliver, either by hand if local to Bristol, or by courier service. If delivered by courier you will receive a tracking number by email, and both you and Bumble & Grace will be notified of delivery.
